Crafted from 100% certified Bio-Dynamic apples grown in their family orchard on the Mornington Peninsula, Mock Red Hill Apple Cider Vinegar is traditionally fermented and aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months.

Raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised, this vinegar contains the natural Mother Culture — a colony of beneficial live cultures formed during fermentation. Made using only apples and time, with no added colours, flavours, sugars or preservatives.
