They are regularly found in smoothies and breakfast bowls, but can also be used as a vegan egg alternative, made into a pudding or used to thicken your curries. Organic Black Chia Seeds are super high in omega 3, protein and fibre content, making them a great addition to just about everything!

We just love this little, goodness-packed seed, especially because it is gentle on the tummy and super easy to digest. (Soak for a couple of hours to make them softer)
