Organic Styrian Black Pumpkin Seeds are different to the usual pumpkin seed in that they have no outer hard shell (often removed to leave us with the pepita). The entire seed of this variety of pumpkin is edible, making it a yummy snack or addition to dishes.

The Styrian Pumpkin Seed makes a nutritious, tasty snack. The seed is valued for its essential fatty acid (EFA) content and is sometimes referred to as a brain food. It is a favourite in trail mixes, salads and cereals.
